You’ve been asking for it. New music that is. And it’s coming. This Friday, December 13, 2019. A new take on an old classic.
As I Lay Me Down Deux is as if I dreamed it now. It’s the same beautiful story in a different setting, received and transmitted with new emotions, new understandings, yet including the magical first version. I hope you’ll like this telling of my classic, I do, and there is even a dance to go with it!
My new single will be available for sale as a digital download starting this Friday, December 13 on my website, www.sophiebhawkins.com. I’ll be offering three release packages to go with it:
- A Digital Download of the As I Lay Me Down Deux single
- A Digital Download of the As I Lay Me Down Deux single and a limited-edition postcard that I will personalize and autograph to you. (mailed in 2020)
- A Digital Download of the As I Lay Me Down Deux single, a limited-edition postcard that I will personalize and autograph to you, and directly from my personal archive, my currently out-of-print CD, Timbre. I’ll autograph the CD for you, too! (postcard and CD mailed in 2020)
